Founded in 1996

Founded in 1996 by a Metrobank Outstanding Teacher awardee, ACHIEVERS SPECIAL EDUCATION CENTER is the premiere private educational institution that caters to the gifted and fast learners of Angeles City. It is the third largest school, in terms of population, that offers pre-school and elementary education.

Started as a tutorial center

The school started out life as a tutorial center located in Pacimar Estate, a subdivision in Angeles City. In 1997, it converted its existing facilities to able to accommodate classes and thus in June of that year, Achievers began holding its first full time classes. Nursery students were the first enrollees to the school. Every year after that, an additional grade level was added to the curriculum, having Kindergarten classes in 1998 and Preparatory in 1999.

The school relocated to P.Tablante Street

In 2001, a growing population necessitated a move to a more spacious location. The school relocated to P.Tablante Street in El Cano Subdivision, Angeles City. The main campus of Achievers is still located at this site to this day. Along with the transfer, the first grade school classes were conducted. A Grade 1 level was added to the school's classes; and like before, an additional grade level was added every succeeding year until classes from grades 1 to 6 were being offered. The year 2007 saw the first elementary school graduates of Achievers. A total of 46 students completed their elementary curriculum and moved on to high school.
